Daisy Property Management
Pipeline revenue increase
The problem
Daisy was a challenger brand in New York City, competing against tenured property management firms with deep market footprints and long-standing referral networks.
The sales cycle averaged 114 days, so growth required a full-funnel system — not just lead volume — to feed qualified opportunities the sales team could actually close.
Marketing needed to be built as an ecosystem across paid, organic, lifecycle, and offline channels, then measured end to end in the CRM.
What we built
Biddable media: owned strategy and daily optimization across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, and geo-fencing as the core lead-gen engine.
Paid social remarketing: built CRM audiences segmented by lifecycle stage, pain point, and prior touchpoint to re-engage prospects and upsell add-ons to existing customers.
Lifecycle marketing: personalized nurture programs across email, SMS, and direct mail, mapped to each stage of a 114-day sales cycle.
Content and SEO: built organic assets around the questions buyers actually ask, feeding both lead-gen and sales enablement.
High-touch outreach: paired direct mail and personalized touchpoints with paid demand so no qualified lead went cold in a long cycle.
Attribution: tracked every channel through lifecycle stages in HubSpot — MQL, SQL, opportunity, customer — so budget followed pipeline, not clicks.
The high score
All-channel pipeline revenue reached $13.49M vs. $3.61M the prior year — a 274% increase, nearly 4x.
Closed-won revenue hit $2M vs. $912K — a 94% increase, roughly doubling ARR.
MQLs grew 79% (632 vs. 353), SQLs 143% (342 vs. 141), and opportunities 142% (143 vs. 59).
Google Ads pipeline revenue reached $5.12M, up 113% year over year.
Paid social pipeline revenue grew nearly 500% through lifecycle-segmented remarketing.
22.9% of 2023 deals closed won on a 114-day average cycle, with 50% of the year's pipeline still open heading into the next year.
